Your booking procedure

After you sent in the booking form, we will guide you through 3 levels:
Option, Reservation and Final.

How to book

After you decided which of the weeks or week days you would like to join, please make use of the booking form. If you don't see the booking form, this means that booking is not open yet. Booking will be open from February. However, if you joined a week in the previous year, you will be able to book from January. If you are eligible to book in January, you will receive an invitation email with a special link to the booking form. 

Once you filled in your details and choose your stay, you will be sent to a deposit payment page. After your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed and you will receive an email statement, containing the price of your order and further instructions. Please note that it could take up to 4 working days before you receive the confirmation email. We are handling all of the bookings manually. 

When you order, you must pay a deposit of 550 DKK.
A minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 3 weeks. You should pay the rest amount no later than 8 weeks before the first start of the camp/event. If your order is made 2 months or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid immediately.

If the booking is made 8 weeks or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid on booking.

When to book

From the 1th of February, booking is open for everybody.

Have you have been in a full SISC week in the last year?
You get the advantage of booking early.

  • From January 1 to January 14, you may book for the same week as the year before.
  • From the 15th of January, you may choose any week.

Cancellation

We'd be sorry to see you go. But if you must cancel, please notice the following. We refund as follows:

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 8 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will receive a 75% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
  • If you cancel you reservation up to 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay you receive a 50% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
  • If you cancel you reservation later than 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will get 0% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership will stay valid for a year.

Your cancellation date is counted from the date we receive your cancellation email.

Please note that bank/payment fees may apply, and that they are not refundable.

Travel Insurance

Do not forget to take out a travel insurance, as SISC does not assume any liabilities for illness, accident, damage or theft during your stay.

How to pay

All payments must be made through our bank in Danish Krones (DKK). All bank transfer fees are to be paid by you, but it is sometimes cheaper if you instruct your bank that you want to split the costs between SISC and you. Please inform your bank about this. 

Payment details will be sent to you after your booking have been confirmed and approved.

For safety reasons, we don't store money in the camp cash box. So please only pay the amount for your stay, with a maximum of 200 kr. extra to cover for your bank fee. 

When you transfer money, please only pay for the price in your confirmation email - plus maximum 200 kr. for bank fee. We might not have the possibility to give you the extra money back at the end of your stay. 

Please mark the payment in the bank with name and week: Peter Wa., W32 - that makes it much easier to check.

Payment date

You should have paid the full amount of your camp stay and membership no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, otherwise we will have to cancel your reservation. 

If we have to cancel your reservation because you did not pay the full amount in time, all of your payments (including the deposit) are lost, but your membership will stay valid for a year.

Deposit

Your booking will only be confirmed after deposit payment of 550 DKK. It covers membership of 225 DKK and 225 DKK as a deposit on your booking.

If your booking can not be completed (for instance, when your week is sold out), the total amount (550 DKK) will be refunded.

When to arrive

It is really important that everyone arrives at the time stated in the booking. All weeks start at 12.00 on arrival day, but please arrive no later than 17.00.

If you have to arrive later than 17.00, please contact us so we know you are ok. It will however never be allowed for anybody to arrive 24 hours after the SISC event starts.
