How to book

After you decided which of the weeks or week days you would like to join, please make use of the booking form. If you don't see the booking form, this means that booking is not open yet. Booking will be open from February. However, if you joined a week in the previous year, you will be able to book from January. If you are eligible to book in January, you will receive an invitation email with a special link to the booking form.

Once you filled in your details and choose your week, you will receive an automatic mail with summary of your wishes. After that, one of the Filekeepers will process your booking and you will receive an email statement, containing the price of your order, how to pay and further instructions. 

A minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 3 weeks after you receive your booking confirmation from SISC. You should pay the rest amount no later than 8 weeks before the first start date of your first camp/event. If your order is made 2 months or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid immediately.

If the booking is made 8 weeks or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid on booking.

Please note that it might take up to 2 weeks before you receive the first email statement sent by Filekeeper. We are handling all of the bookings manually.

When to book

January 1th - January 14th
if you have been in a full SISC week last year, you can book for the same week as last year.

January 15th - January 31th
If you have been in any week in the past, you can book for any week 

February 1th
Booking is open for everybody

Cancellation

We'd be sorry to see you go. But if you must cancel, please notice the following. We refund as follows:

  • If you cancel your reservation up to 8 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will receive a 75% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
  • If you cancel you reservation up to 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay you receive a 50% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
  • If you cancel you reservation later than 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will get 0% refund of what you paid for the stay.
    The membership will stay valid for a year.

Your cancellation date is counted from the date we receive your cancellation email.

Please note that bank/payment fees may apply, and that they are not refundable.

Insurance

SISC does not assume any liabilities for illness, accident, damage or theft during, before or after your trip/stay. We recommend to take out a travel insurance and/or a cancellation insurance. 

How to pay

All payments must be made through our bank in Danish Krones (DKK). All bank transfer fees are to be paid by you, but it is sometimes cheaper if you instruct your bank that you want to split the costs between SISC and you. Please inform your bank about this. 

Payment details will be sent to you after your booking have been confirmed and approved.

For safety reasons, we don't store money in the camp cash box. So please only pay the amount for your stay, with a maximum of 200 kr. extra to cover for your bank fee. 

When you transfer money, please only pay for the price in your confirmation email - plus maximum 200 kr. for bank fee. We might not have the possibility to give you the extra money back at the end of your stay. 

Please mark the payment in the bank with name and week: Peter Wa., W32 - that makes it much easier to check.

Payment date

You should have paid the full amount of your camp stay and membership no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, otherwise we will have to cancel your reservation. 

If we have to cancel your reservation because you did not pay the full amount in time, all of your payments (including the deposit) are lost, but your membership will stay valid for a year.

When to arrive

All weeks start at 13.00 on arrival day, but please arrive no later than 18.00.

If you have to arrive later than 18.00, you have to contact us so we know you are ok. It will however not be allowed for anybody to arrive more than 24 hours after the SISC event starts.
