Consent:

At SISC your privacy is extremely important.

In the SISC organisation, only persons that are elected at a General Assembly as Filekeepers have access and use all of your data.

Persons working as staff/board can see and use your firstname and your 2 first letters in your surname (for instance: Peter Ha.), country, and your email and phone number, if approved by you.

The staff/board can only do this if there is a relevant reason. For instance: the cooks get a list of persons on an event that choose vegetarian food.

This procedure has not been changed in SISC 1992, and it is a corner stone in the organisation.

We only contact you and use your data according to your consents (your approval to us to save and use your data).

Please be aware that SISC can be obliged by law to save some of your information, but we will only do that if required by law.

We do not store any data outside EU and are compliant with the GDPR EU law (General Data Protection Regulation). But we do use an email service (like MailChimp) based outside EU. This email service is only used for newsletters etc., not for bookings. So the email service will only store your email address, firstname and your 2 first letters in your surname and your membership number.

Booking and handling data consent (v1.0):

I hereby give SISC/F92 my consent to save my data and to use my information as given in this order process (including IP address), and any additional information given by me, in the order to process and handle my booking(s) and my stay(s). I give my consent for 2 years, and I can withdraw my consent at any time. If I withdraw this consent before or during the stay or event I booked for, my booking and membership will be cancelled and I will not receive any refund.

I hereby give SISC/F92 my consent to save data from previous booking(s) and stay(s) for the purpose of giving me relevant member and membership information (invitation to General Assembly etc.) and the option of priority bookings when booking in the future. Also to give SISC/F92 the opportunity to inform me about new options like new weeks, new week themes, major changes at SISC/F92 and the events/offers and member relevant services offered by SISC/F92.
