Your booking procedure

After you sent in the booking form, we will guide you through 3 levels:

  • level 1: option
  • level 2: reservation
  • level 3: final

1 - Option

After you sent in the booking form, you will be guided to do an online payment for your deposit. You will see a confirmation on the screen to show that you succesfully sent in the booking form and paid for your deposit. You will also receive an email from the payment provider with your proof of payment. 
One of SISC's Filekeepers will look into your booking and send you a confirmation of your request, and details on how to go to level 2 - Reservation. Please be aware that this could take a few working days.

2 - Reservation

If you prefer it, you may choose to pay the rest amount of your camp stay in 2 steps. If you pay the full amount at once, you will immediately go to the final level and your booking is final. If you choose to pay in 2 steps, you will first go to level 2, reservation. In this level your reservation is a fact and you can safely relax until the second and last payment date, where you make your booking final. SISC's Treasurer will see your payment in the bank and will notify the Filekeepers. You will receive another email with confirmation of your level. 

3 - Final

You paid for the full amount of your stay. SISC's Treasurer books your payment and the Filekeepers will send you the final confirmation of your booking. Your booking is now done!
