After you have decided which of the weeks or week days you would like to join, please book using the booking form. If you don't see the booking form, this means that booking is not open yet. General booking opens from February 1st. However, if you joined a week in the previous year, you will be able to book from January, see When to book. If you are eligible to book in January, you will receive an invitation email with a special link to the booking form.
Once you have submitted your booking form, you will receive an automatic reply acknowledging your booking request. Please note that at this point, your booking is not confirmed. After processing your order, the Filekeeper will be email you with the next steps. Provided there is a place available for you, you will receive an email statement containing the details of your order, how and when to pay and further instructions. Please follow these to secure your place.
A minimum of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 3 weeks of receiving your booking confirmation. You must pay the rest of the amount no later than 8 weeks before the first start date of your first camp/event. If your order is made 2 months or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid immediately.
If the booking is made 8 weeks or closer to the event/camp start date, the total amount must be paid once you receive your booking confirmation.
Please note that it might take up to 2 weeks before you receive the first email statement sent by the Filekeeper. All bookings are processed manually.
