We'd be sorry to see you go. But if you must cancel, please notice the following. We refund as follows:
- If you cancel your reservation up to 8 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will receive a 75% refund of what you paid for the stay.
The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
- If you cancel you reservation up to 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay you receive a 50% refund of what you paid for the stay.
The membership is not refunded, and will stay valid for a year.
- If you cancel you reservation later than 4 weeks before the starting day of your stay, you will get 0% refund of what you paid for the stay.
The membership will stay valid for a year.
Your cancellation date is counted from the date we receive your cancellation email.
Please note that bank/payment fees may apply, and that they are not refundable.
